The National Institute of Mental Health’s mission is “to transform the understanding and treatment of mental illnesses through basic and clinical research, paving the way for prevention, recovery, and cure.” Their website provides a wealth of information and resources regarding mental health.


On June 10, 2014 from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm EST there will be a Twitter Chat on Men and Depression. NIMH expert, Mathew Rudorfer, M.D., will be answering questions on this topic that is all too frequently swept under the rug. All you need is a Twitter account to join the conversation.
