Backpacking and Bipolar II. Taking Manic Depression on tour.
Love it! You have a real talent 🙂
I’m really enjoying cartooning. I’d never really done it before these and so far they’re a blast to do. Quick and satisfying.
Hope your day goes better than it started!
All the best,
Your cartoons are fabulous 🙂
My day is rapidly going downhill. I don’t know where it will end up. I feel just so helpless and alone.
I know there isn’t really anything I can say that would help but just remember that you’re certain to come out of this and be up again. 100% certain. Be suspicious of every thought you have, don’t let thoughts that your illness has authored take root. Concentrate only on thoughts directly applicable to the next twenty four hours. If you catch yourself thinking of anything further away than that, blot it out. Tell yourself something you can repeat to blow those thoughts out of the water quickly. Lastly, if you find yourself getting overwhelmed, go to bed.
Hope you tackle it, I’m sure you will. You’re not new to this and you know its only temporary.
All the best
